Poachers Pets is a long established family run company based in Warrington, Cheshire which has been trading for over 30 years. We have a regular customer base achieved by providing quality products with a personal service.

This is Benson or as we call him ‘Billy Thicket’
Billy is an English Pointer born 11th July 2003 we have owned Billy since 2004 when he was just 8-months old. He is getting on a bit now but still looks and acts like a puppy – his favourate treats are pigs ear strips and he loves James Wellbeloved Duck & Rice kibble
He comes to work with us at our shop everyday and loves all the animals.
Taco or Tac Tac as we call him is an African grey and has been in the family since 2004 – Taco like Billy was just 8-months old when he became part of our family.
He is a big hit with Customers at our shop and if you’re lucky you might get a wolf whistle from him (wit woo)
Bella or 'Bells of st clements' is an English Pointer, she was born on 2nd March 2011 and we have owned her since she was 8-weeks old.
She had an operation at 10-weeks to repair her umbilical hernia and I'm pleased to say that she has fully recovered :)
Bella goes training twice a week and is progressing really well ,we are hoping to show her in the puppy classes and progress through the stages; hopefully one day ending up a championship winner like her parents.
Bella loves all the flavours of James Wellbeloved puppy kibble and tripe sticks are her favourite smelly treat.
We acquired Samson or ‘Sam the man cat’ in February 2008 aged 9-months. He came from an ill-treated home and loves attention.
Some of our Customers have renamed him the guard dog as he can unexpectedly pounce on you whilst you are doing your shopping. You will often see him snuggled up in a box within the shop or sprawled across the shop counter.
